Rural-Urban Research and Extension Programs: An Integrating Proposal

Abstract: H ISTORICALLY a dichotomous rural-urban philosophy has characterized the United States social, economic and political environment. This traditional framework serves as a basis for contemporary rural and urban research and extension programs.
