Rp HPLC Method Development for the Substituted Benzene Derivative of Eugenol

Abstract: A simple Reverse phase liquid chromatographic method has been developed and subsequently validated for the derivative of the Phenyl substituted derivatives on the hydroxyl proton of Eugenol. The separation was carried out using a mobile phase consisting of 0.5 %v/v Acetic Acid buffer in HPLC grade water (Mobile phase A) and Methanol (Mobile phase B).
