Root Canal Retreatment and Intracoronal Bleaching on the Maxillary First Premolar

Abstract: Introduction. Inadequate root canal preparation and obturation are potential causes of endodontic failure. Failed root canal treatment with intrinsic discoloration requires root canal re-treatment and intracoronal bleaching.
