The main problem faced by sharia union is the lack of adequate IT and internet technology. This project aims to design and implement the system of SEWA~In App as an effort to improve financial inclusion in Samarinda City and to find out how Navigation, Performance, and Operational operate in SEWA~In App. The types of this research are qualitative research with descriptive method and modified action research with Test-Driven Development method. The data collection methods are interview, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), and questionnaire given to Samarinda society with random sampling technique using analysis tools namely Flowchart, Context Diagram, and Data Flow Diagram. The testing method used is black box testing. Black box testing was conducted in order to avoid errors or bugs in the application system. The test results show that (1) Based on black box testing in alpha and beta, the functionality of SEWA~In App can functionate properly without any bugs in the system, (2) In implementation stage, the value is 72% meanwhile in evolution stage, the value is 84% which is higher than the implementation stage, (3) Samarinda society has great interest in the use of SEWA~In App.

Software testing is a process created to detect anomalies in the operation of a program or system in order to achieve the expected results. White box testing is a software testing method that tests the internal structure, design and program code. This research aims to produce an optimization method for white box testing in Java programs by utilizing branching and repetition structures using the basis path method, as well as analyzing the effectiveness of the proposed method in generating test cases. The Java program tested in this research includes input function calls, loops, branching, and exception handling. Test case design is carried out by applying the basis path method to achieve comprehensive coverage. The test results show that the base path method is able to produce effective test cases for testing control structures without redundancy. Test case design is assisted by flowgraph and matrix graph modeling. It is hoped that this research can contribute to the optimization of white box testing techniques.

Software Fault Prediction (SFP) is an important process to detect the faulty components of the software to detect faulty classes or faulty modules early in the software development life cycle. In this paper, a machine learning framework is proposed for SFP. Initially, pre-processing and re-sampling techniques are applied to make the SFP datasets ready to be used by ML techniques. Thereafter seven classifiers are compared, namely K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN), Naive Bayes (NB), Linear Discriminant Analysis (LDA), Linear Regression (LR), Decision Tree (DT), Support Vector Machine (SVM), and Random Forest (RF). The RF classifier outperforms all other classifiers in terms of eliminating irrelevant/redundant features. The performance of RF is improved further using a dimensionality reduction method called binary whale optimization algorithm (BWOA) to eliminate the irrelevant/redundant features. Finally, the performance of BWOA is enhanced by hybridizing the exploration strategies of the grey wolf optimizer (GWO) and harris hawks optimization (HHO) algorithms. The proposed method is called SBEWOA. The SFP datasets utilized are selected from the PROMISE repository using sixteen datasets for software projects with different sizes and complexity. The comparative evaluation against nine well-established feature selection methods proves that the proposed SBEWOA is able to significantly produce competitively superior results for several instances of the evaluated dataset. The algorithms’ performance is compared in terms of accuracy, the number of features, and fitness function. This is also proved by the 2-tailed P-values of the Wilcoxon signed ranks statistical test used. In conclusion, the proposed method is an efficient alternative ML method for SFP that can be used for similar problems in the software engineering domain.
