This study aims to evaluate the hysterectomy cancellation rates after a year of treatment with the levonorgesterol intra uterine system. Materials and methods Method of collection of data\Source of data: This study will include outpatient and inpatient in BLDE University's Shri B. M. Patil Medical College, Hospital & Research Centre who will be diagnosed with abnormal uterine bleeding. The patients will be informed in all respects and informed consent will be obtained.

Предметом настоящего исследования явилось качество жизни пациентов с миомой матки после примененных различных методов лечения. Современная терапия самой распространенной в гинекологии доброкачественной опухоли -миомы матки, направлена на сохранение органа у женщин всех возрастных групп, но особенно у женщин репродуктивного возраста. Успехи органосохраняющего лечения достигли уже значительных результатов, несмотря на отсутствие окончательных знаний о причине заболевания и разноречивые взгляды исследователей на его патогенез. На сегодняшний день имеется широкий арсенал методов терапии миомы, от простой лапаротомии до высокочастотной фокусированной ультразвуковой хирургии под контролем МРТ, и у каждого метода есть свои плюсы и минусы. По мнению исследователей последнего десятилетия, ценным инструментом в лечении миомы может стать оценка удовлетворенности пациента примененным лечением (качество жизни), так как на субъективном восприятии окружающей среды базируются физические, психологические, эмоциональные и социальные характеристики функционирования человека. Анализ данных современных литературных источников позволяет с уверенностью называть качество жизни пациенток с миомой матки одним из основных инструментов для оценки эффективности лечения и предложить использовать желание женщины в качестве одного из основных показаний к тому или иному методу терапии заболевания при условии ее полной осведомленности и понимания ситуации.
