The levonorgestrel intrauterine system as an alternative to hysterectomy for treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the hysterectomy cancellation rates after a year of treatment with the levonorgesterol intra uterine system. Materials and methods Method of collection of data\Source of data: This study will include outpatient and inpatient in BLDE University's Shri B. M. Patil Medical College, Hospital & Research Centre who will be diagnosed with abnormal uterine bleeding. The patients will be informed in all respects and informed consent will be obtained.
