Role of compositional changes on thermal, magnetic, and mechanical properties of Fe-P-C-based amorphous alloys

Abstract: This work aimed to tune the comprehensive properties of Fe-P-C-based amorphous system through investigating the role of microalloying process on the crystallization behavior, glass forming ability (GFA), soft magnetic features, and mechanical properties. Considering minor addition of elements into the system, it was found that the simultaneous microalloying of Ni and Co leads to the highest GFA, which was due to the optimization of compositional heterogeneity and creation of near-eutectic composition. Moreover… Show more

“…The data from such studies hold value due to an increase in the elderly population in the coming years [9,10]. Data from Japan was observed to follow the same trend, women in the age group between 30-40 were extremely highly susceptible to the disease when compared to women from the age group 50-60, and a further spike in cancer cases was observed for women over the age of 70 [11,12]. Sarma et al (2021) describe the cervical cancer's bimodal age distribution pattern for cervical cancer with two peaks between 30 to 39 years and 60 to 69 years [13].…”

“…The local spread of cancer to the endometrium and fallopian tubes can also be observed in a few cases [21,22]. The International Federation of Gynecologists and Obstetricians (FIGO) upgraded its system for classifying the clinical stages of cancer in 2009; various issues considered for the updated system include surgical vs. clinical staging, the addition of further substages, and early invasion, among others [23,24]. The cervical squamous cells cancer cells are graded according to the degree of keratinization, cytological atypia, and mitotic activity, with the invasion pattern observed for cancer also being a parameter.…”

“…Bioproduction of NPs greatly reduces the risk to humans, the air, and the ecosystem as a whole. The synthesis of NPs using natural resources has attracted the attention of many researchers due to their new chemical and physical properties and their many applications in various medicals (Jalil, Ashfaq, et al, 2021; Rahbaran et al, 2021), catalyst (Al‐Nayili et al, 2022), distillation (Aljumaily et al, 2022), and mechanics (Raya et al, 2022). Currently, the so‐called green synthesis is very popular, referring to the synthesis of NPs using microorganisms, plant extracts, or biomass (Ameen, Dawoud, & AlNadhari, 2021).…”
