ROCKET PRODUCTION (ERUCA SATIVAMILL.) IN A FLOATING SYSTEM USING PERACETIC ACID AS OXYGEN SOURCE COMPARED WITH SUBSTRATE CULTURE

Abstract: 2 Rocket (Eruca sativa Mill.) is a green leafy vegetable that is increasingly used as an ingredient in salad.
