“…It is our impression that the use of the da Vinci system is from a technical point of view particularly useful for proctectomy with total mesorectum excision (TME) in cases of rectal cancer [25], as lymph node harvesting, nerve sparing and anatomical TME is enhanced by the three-dimensional vision of the pelvis. As reported by others, we prefer to do a hybrid procedure (conventional laparoscopic inferior mesenteric high vessel ligature and splenic Xexure take down) and robotic proctectomy with TME [6]. This approach prevents a prolonged operative time and the unnecessary displacing of the robot.…”

“…Several studies have reported surgical results using the da Vinci robotic system in which this technique has been shown to be applicable and safe [3][4][5][6][7][8][9]. No morbidity related to the system has yet been observed.…”

“…Основным показанием к операции являются злокачественные и доброкачественные опухоли тела и хвоста ПЖ. При осложнениях хронического панкреатита миниинвазивные резекционные операции практически не выполняют [9][10][11][12]. Мы также придерживаемся сдер-жанного отношения к РА-операциям при хроническом панкреатите из-за сложности интраоперационного гемо-стаза при резекции паренхимы ПЖ и затруднениях опре-деления адекватного объема резекции органа.…”

“…Improved postoperative outcomes for patients include reduced pain, lower risk of complications, less blood loss, shorter hospital stay, and faster return to normal activities. Since robotic surgery was first introduced in the late 1990s, wide application and accumulation of experience have continued 2, 3. Moreover, it has overcome some of the limitations of conventional laparoscopy by providing increased accuracy of tremor filtered and wristed instrumental movements, along with seven degrees of freedom and the ability to scale motions 4, 5…”
