RNA CHANGES IN ENVIRONMENTALLY INDUCED FLAX (LINUM USITATISSIMUM) GENOTROPHS

Abstract: Purified samples of WNA were obtained from large (L) and stnall (s) flax genotrophs envirc~nrneiatally induced within the flax genotype Stormont Cirrus. The RNA san~ples were electrophc~resed to separate 25S, 23S, 18S, 16S, 5 s and 4S RNA's, using 2.4% and 5% acrylamide gels.
