Risk Management Framework for Build, Operate and Transfer (Bot) Projects in Kuwait

Abstract: Abstract. Successful implementation of build-operate-transfer (BOT), infrastructure projects is dependent on a full and thorough analysis of factors that include social, economic and political, amongst others.
