Abstract: Elevated plasma levels of fibrinogen, factor VII coagulant activity (F VIIc), and plasminogen activator inhibitor (PAI-1) have been reported to be strictly associated with thrombotic events and are considered to be important risk markers of atherothrombotic caridovascular disease.
