Abstract:Introduction: Congenital heart defects are one of the most common malformations. Almost 50 % of patients with congenital heart defects require cardiac surgery. Nosocomial infections strongly influencing the effectiveness of postoperative rehabilitation remain among the major problems of modern health care.
