With the rapid development of technological informatization, competition among enterprises is gradually transitioning from being "production-centered" to being "customer-centric," making service-oriented enterprises increasingly important. In addition to this, as global manufacturing advances in the process of intelligent manufacturing (IM), there is growing attention on the integration of manufacturing and the service industry, which has garnered the interest of numerous experts and scholars in the field of intelligent manufacturing services (IMS). This article combines intelligent manufacturing enterprises, intelligent service nodes, and consumers. Based on the background of intelligent manufacturing services, it collected risk factors within the smart supply chain (SSC) that connect different service nodes. These factors were evaluated by experts using a proposed linguistic q-rung orthopair fuzzy weighted averaging (Lq-ROFWA) operator in combination with the Decision-Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) method for aggregation operations. Finally, we obtain the conclusions that the most influential factor affecting other risk factors is the inadequate identification of core customer needs; and the most important risk factor for smart supply chains oriented to intelligent manufacturing services is the leakage of customer information. After analyzing the relevant data, we will provide some theoretical and managerial implications for IM enterprises.

Interval-valued q-rung orthopair fuzzy set (IVq-ROFS) is a powerful tool for dealing with uncertainty. In this paper, we first propose a new method for aggregating multiple IVq-ROFSs, which is easier to understand and implement in the multi-attribute group decision making process compared to current aggregation operators. Secondly, this paper introduces a new fuzzy entropy with parameters based on IVq-ROFS, which is highly flexible due to its adjustable parameters. Based on this, the IVq-ROFS-based attribute weight calculation method is proposed to obtain the objective weights of the attributes, which is more reasonable and objective than the existing methods. Then, for the dimensional differences between the three compromise scores in the original Combined Compromise Solution (CoCoSo) method, the enhanced compromise scores are proposed. These scores are obtained by normalizing the three dependent compromise scores, ensuring that they fall within the same range. Finally, a novel CoCoSo mothed on IVq-ROFS using the proposed fuzzy entropy and enhanced compromise scores is presented. The proposed method is highly adaptable and scalable, not limited to IVq-ROFS. The excellent performance and robustness of the proposed method are verified in sepsis diagnosis applications.

Integrated multi-criteria group decision-making methods based on q-rung picture fuzzy sets for the identification of occupational hazards

Practical group decision-making (DM) problems frequently involve challenging circumstances when attempting to assign appropriate values to the data because of the haziness and uncertainty of the surrounding circumstances. In order to address the ambiguity and imprecision that arise in DM issues, q -rung picture fuzzy sets ( q -RPFSs) have a more broader structure. In this research, the criteria importance through intercriteria correlation (CRITIC) and the decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL) techniques are separately integrated with the multi-attributive border approximation area comparison (MABAC) method. The MABAC method, which measures how far each alternative is from the border approximation area, is very stable and useful for resolving real-world problems. The CRITIC technique calculates the criteria weights by taking into account the relationships between attributes, and the DEMATEL methodology is recognized as the best method for determining how several criteria or factors interact with one another. As a result of these justifications, we made the decision to create the CRITIC-MABAC and DEMATEL-MABAC procedures for q -RPFSs. By using the suggested strategies, the primary goal of this article is to determine the occupational risk that has the greatest impact on the health of a hospital’s medical staff. We begin by employing the CRITIC technique to determine the criteria weights. In addition, we calculate the weights of the criteria using the DEMATEL approach. The offered methodologies are investigated for their applicability to determine the most serious occupational hazard for hospital employees. We conducted a comparison with three earlier studies to verify the accuracy of the tactics that are offered.
