Rise of New Centres of Power in Eurasia: Implications for Turkish Foreign Policy

Abstract: The emergence of new centres of power in Eurasia has entailed a re-reading of Zbigniew Brzezinski's book which drew an analogy between the Eurasian supercontinent and a grand chessboard.
