Risco de fragilização e uso de medicamentos em idosos residentes em uma localidade do sul de Santa Catarina

Abstract: OBJETIVO: Conhecer o risco de fragilização (repetidas internações hospitalares) e o perfil de utilização de medicamentos em idosos vinculados ao Serviço de Assistência Integral à Saúde da Universidade do Sul de Santa Catarina, localizado na cidade de Tubarão.
