Right cerebellar infarction due to ipsilateral neck-rotation-induced right vertebral artery compression and occlusion, demonstrated by CT angiography

Abstract: Rotation-induced vertebral artery compression and occlusion with the outcome of cerebellar infarction (as opposed to the outcome of transient ischemia from hemodynamic insufficiency, known as bow hunter's stroke) is extremely rare.
