“…Data modelling for a different Lepidoptera species (Spodoptera frugiperda; Noctuidae) suggest that oviposition preference for Bt over non-Bt plants will significantly affect the speed of resistance evolution to the Bt trait [8]. This should be taken into account when designing the resistance management plan for Bt rice in China, especially because C. suppressalis can have up to five generations per year [47]. rspb.royalsocietypublishing.org Proc.…”

“…The arthropod sampling was carried out in the morning from 06.00 a.m. to 08.00 a.m. The obtained arthropods were put into vials containing 96% ethanol, labeled with the location and date of sampling then taken to the Entomology Laboratory of the Department of Plant Pests and Diseases, Faculty of Agriculture, Universita Sriwijaya to be identified morphologically using books written by Heinrichs et al (2017), and Whyte and Anderson (2017) and the number of individuals of each species from each survey location was recorded. The identification of arthropods was carried out by Dr. Chandra Irsan, an insect taxonomist of Universitas Sriwijaya.…”
