Rhabdomyosarcome paratesticulaire (RMSP) multimétastatique: à propos d’un cas

Abstract: RésuméNous rapportons, dans le présent article, le cas clinique d'un RMSP découvert à un stade tardif chez un adolescent, dans le but de confirmer l'évolution fatale de cette pathologie au potentiel méta statique « affreux ». Nous discutons aussi les causes du retard dia gnostique, l'implication du soustype histologique comme facteur pronostique et la place de la chimiothérapie dans le traitement des formes évoluées de la maladie.
