However, RQ develops and evolves over time (Buckley et al , 2019) and buyers and suppliers often view relationship differently (Artz, 1999; Nyaga et al , 2010; Qian et al , 2020). We, therefore, recommend future research to use a longitudinal research design and take a dyadic, as well as multitier approach (Kühne et al , 2013; Soosay and Hyland, 2015) that includes input from both buyers and suppliers in measuring RQ (Artz, 1999).…”
