Abstrak - Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah melihat dan mengevaluasi peran pembelajaran jurusan akuntansi FBE Universitas Surabaya untuk menyiapkan fresh graduate dalam memenuhi tuntutan profesionalisme akuntan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode interview, analisis dokumen, dan kuesioner. Hasil analisis dari penelitian ini menunjukkan peran pembelajaran jurusan akuntansi FBE Ubaya yang masih kurang sesuai dengan tuntutan kebutuhan fresh graduate saat ini terutama dalam memenuhi tuntutan profesionalisme akuntan dan masih membutuhkan perbaikan maupun pengembangan. Tuntutan para pemberi kerja juga masih kurang dapat dipenuhi oleh jurusan akuntansi terutama dalam hal soft skills dan pemahaman mengenai teknologi untuk menyiapkan fresh graduate yang siap kerja. Oleh karena itu, masih terdapat beberapa perbaikan dan pengembangan yang harus dilakukan oleh jurusan akuntansi Ubaya dan perguruan tinggi lainnya sesuai dengan penelitian di Australia, Iran, dan Amerika. Kata Kunci: Accounting Education Problem, Education Lag, Accounting Profession, Accounting Curriculum Abstract - The aim of this study is to see and evaluate the role of learning FBE Ubaya accounting department to prepare fresh graduates to meet the demands of professional accountants. This study uses qualitative and quantitative approaches. This research was conducted using interviews, document analysis, and questionnaires. Analytical results from this study will demonstrate the role of learning FBE Ubaya accounting majors who are still not in accordance with the demands of today's fresh graduates, especially in meeting the demands of professionalism of accountants and still in need of improvement and development. The demands of employers is also still less can be met by the accounting department, especially in terms of soft skills and understanding of the technology to prepare fresh graduates are ready for work. Therefore, there are still some improvements and development to be done by the Ubaya accounting department and other college in accordance with the research in Australia, Iran, and America. Background: Healthcare rehabilitator skills can be grouped into hard and soft skills. Hard skills are specific and teachable, which can be defined and measured, while soft skills are less tangible and more difficult to quantify. The aim of this study is to investigate the level of knowledge of soft skills among Italian healthcare rehabilitators, and how they were acquired.Design and Methods: Two hundred healthcare rehabilitators, who worked in Southern Italy were enrolled from September 1st to October 31st 2017, and interviewed with Computer-Assisted-Web-Interview (CAWI) software, to assess their level of soft skills.Results: Healthcare rehabilitators showed significant satisfaction with university education (59.5%), particularly for theoretical training (64%), while significant dissatisfaction was found for technical-practical training (63.5%), training in patients’ family management (66.5%) and stages participation to improve soft skills (59%). Dissatisfied rehabilitators were found for university education of soft skills (59%), particularly for interpersonal relationships with patients family (66.5%) and technical-practical train in(63.5%). Women considered the training courses about soft skills acquisition more useful than men (43.8%).Conclusions: Healthcare rehabilitator training is lacking in the teaching of both technical-practical and soft skills. It is striking that in a healthcare profession like that of the rehabilitator, where practical and empathic skills are fundamental in the relationship with the patients, such skills are not treated in analogously with theoretical training.

O estudo teve como objetivo analisar o perfil requerido pelo mercado de trabalho para profissionais contábeis da área de custos a partir das diretrizes da International Federation of Accountants (IFAC), sendo analisadas 155 vagas de emprego anunciadas no site Manager Empregos. As redes de coocorrência obtidas pelo coeficiente de Jaccard permitiram delinear o perfil profissional requerido pelo mercado de trabalho. Os achados indicam que possuir conhecimentos multidisciplinares, elaborar relatórios para tomada de decisão, dominar elementos da tecnologia da informação e da língua inglesa estão entre os anseios técnicos identificados. Em relação às professional skills, foi verificado que ter habilidades de comunicação, pensamento crítico e analítico, visão sistêmica, foco, organização e ética são características destacadas pelas organizações que pretendem contratar profissionais de custos. Os resultados implicam a importância de desenvolver, além de competências técnicas, também habilidades sociais com os discentes dos cursos de Ciências Contábeis para que sejam supridas as demandas do mercado de trabalho e para que os estudantes consigam tornar seus currículos atrativos para as organizações e superar barreiras por vezes existentes devido à pouca experiência profissional no mercado de trabalho.
