Cost construction must be planned efficiently and optimally. Value Engineering is planned approach with the aim of identifying and streamlining unnecessary costs with functional limitations and work quality (Firda, 2018). In reality, structural work using concrete estimated to over design, overcost (Apriani, 2020). This research was Bengkalis Public Library project. This building consists of 3 floors with an area of 2250 m2. The structure of beams, columns and slabs reinforced concrete. Dimensions of column 40x40 cm, main beam dimensions 40x60 cm, joist beam dimensions 25x40 cm, roof beam dimensions 30x50 cm, and slabs 15 cm with D10-100. Cost of reinforced concrete Rp. 4.297.170.000,00. In value engineering, the conversion of reinforced concrete to profile steel, cost of profile steel Rp. 4.089.619.000,00. it is obtained that the column uses WF 250.250.11.11, WF 400.200.7.11 main beam, WF 200.150.6.9 joist beam and WF 250.125.6.9 roof beam and floor slabs are converted to flourdack plate using 0.75 thickness bondack mm with wiremesh reinforcement M10-150. Cost ratio reinforced concrete and steel profiles is Rp. 207,551,000, -. Steel profiles is 5.075% cheaper than reinforced concrete structures.

Bojonggede Station, located in Bogor Regency, is one of the KRL stations used to support the mobility of the surrounding community. This makes Bojonggede station a place with quite complex transportation problems. From the various problems that occur, this research aims to find the right sky bridge to connect the bojonggede station with the bojonggedeTerminall and reduce the impact of traffic in the surrounding location after the sky bridge. The data analysis method used is the 4 step model method consisting of trip generation/attraction, trip distribution, mode selection (Moda Split), trip assist, Indonesian road capacity manual, and descriptive analysis of survey data on visitors Bojonggede station. From the results of the analysis based on the 4 step model and manual of Indonesian road capacity, it is found that the performance of the Bojonggede 2 highway, which is in front of the location, has increased from LOS F during the construction period to LOS C during the sky bridge operations bridged. The benefit of this research is that it can be seen that traffic problems that occur at the study site can be overcome by the existence of an efficient sky bridge design sky bridges Bojonggede station with Bojonggede Terminal, to be further recommended to the Bogor district transportation office, and the Jabodetabek transportation management center ( BPTJ).

The Indonesian National Standardization Body has updated the regulations on procedures for planning and constructing buildings to make them more effective and efficient by issuing SNI 1726:2019 and SNI 2847:2019. The Training Center Building is planned in 2019 using SNI 1726:2012 and SNI 2847:2013. The purpose of this research was to evaluate the strength of the structural elements of the Training Center Building based on SNI 1726:2019 and SNI 2847:2019. This research was conducted using the Response spectrum method with the help of the ETABS.20.2.0 application and SP COLUMN.16 and was guided by SNI 1726:2019 and SNI 2847:2019. The results of the Modeling of the Training Center Building for mass participation that has occurred have not met the requirements of SNI 1726:2019 because they have not fulfilled the 100% requirement, namely 99.7% for the X direction and 99.7% for the Y direction, so that it is evaluated using SNI 1726:2019, participation is obtained the mass has been reached 100% in the 11th mode. The drift between floors for the X and Y directions is safe. Analysis based on SNI 2847:2019 has not met the safety requirements of the structure because there are 5 beams that experience overstress or overstress, namely beams B77, B78 on the 1st floor, beams B63 and B80 on the 2nd floor and beam B81 on the 3rd floor.
