Abstract: Ibrutinib is an irreversible Bruton tyrosine kinase inhibitor that is approved for the treatment of mantle cell lymphoma, chronic lymphocytic leukemia, small lymphocytic lymphoma, Waldenström macroglobulinemia, marginal zone lymphoma, and mantle cell lymphoma.
