Reverse task as a designing of mechatronic vibrating branched systems

Abstract: In this paper a new approach for designing mechatronic vibrating branched structures has been presented. Mechatronic structures have been built from mechanical discrete systems connected to piezoelectric actuator and externalLxRxCx network, with different configurations. Modeling simplification has been performed by use of non dimensional transformations and retransformations. In each case reverse task has been solved by distribution into partial fraction method in respect to required dynamic properties in for… Show more

“…The advantage is that numerous repetitions of calculations typical for analysis can be avoided. Researches described in [5,6] were extended by the authors for solving the reverse task of mechatronic discrete systems, presented on the examples of branched [7] and mixed [8] systems. In this case mechatronic systems were considered as combinations of mechanical discrete models and piezoelectric elements connected to external electric networks L x R x C x , where all parameters were with positive values in relation to the assumptions and theorems described in [5,6].…”

“…The authors in their works also take is-sues related to the analysis and synthesis of vibrating mechanical and mechatronic systems including those in which the classical or nonclassical piezoelectric transducers are used as actuators or vibration dampers [3, 5, 7-9, 26, 27, 31]. In the Gliwice Research Centre they are also conducted extensive research in the field of analysis and synthesis of mechanical systems and mechatronics [6,12,13,21,33].…”
