RETRACTED ARTICLE: Study on the evolution of B&Bs spatial distribution based on exploratory spatial data analysis (ESDA) and its influencing factors—with Yangtze River Delta as an example

Abstract: In the "era of sharing economy 2.0", China's B&Bs industry enjoys rapid development as a new business format, boosting regional economy to reach a new height. This paper selects the Yangtze River Delta region, China's largest economic zone, as the research area, and takes exploratory spatial data analysis (ESDA) and GIS to study the agglomeration characteristics and evolutionary trajectories of B&Bs spatial patterns amid 2013-2017. The results indicate that: (1) B&Bs in the Yangtze River Delta region exhibit b… Show more

“…The twenty-sixth article is entitled "Chlorophyll-a Concentration in the Hailing Bay using Remote Sensing assisted Sparse Statistical Modelling," co-authored by G. presents satellite authenticated synoptic instrument to retrieve chlorophyll pigments from the organic matter. The next article is entitled "Study on the Evolution of B&Bs Spatial Distribution Based on Exploratory Spatial Data Analysis (ESDA) and Its Influencing Factors-with Yangtze River Delta as an Example" and it is co-authored by Qiu et al (2020) The authors make a detailed study on exploratory spatial data analytics with remote sensing techniques. The results are comparatively satisfactory.…”

“…1 proposes to make use of rural special industries and cultural connotations, develop leisure tourism and catering B&B that can meet the needs of urban and rural residents, realize the optimal allocation of rural resources, and develop new service industry in the countryside. The integration of agriculture with other industries, especially with tourism, is becoming a new driving force for agricultural economic growth, and rural tourism has become an effective way to promote the re-employment of farmers and improve the rural environment [ 3 ].…”

“…It can measure the aggregation or dispersion of the spatial element attributes of the study object [ 39 ]. It mainly includes global spatial autocorrelation analysis and local spatial autocorrelation analysis [ 40 ]. This study used global and local spatial autocorrelation analysis to reveal the overall spatial correlation and internal correlation characteristics of the medical and health services efficiency in a comprehensive manner.…”
