Abstract:The study analyzed the clinical effect of the surgical treatment of 25 patients with Meniere’s disease, 20 of which underwent endolymphatic sac drainage and five of which underwent vestibular neurectomy via translabyrinthine approach. The methods of surgical treatment are described and their advantages and disadvantages. The authors proposed an algorithm for the surgical rehabilitation of patients with Meniere’s disease.
