Responsibility and Well-Being: Resource Integration under Responsibilization in Expert Services

Abstract: Responsibilization, or the shift of functions and risks from providers and producers to consumers, has become an increasingly common policy in service systems and marketplaces (e.g., financial, health, governmental).
