Responsabilidade e sentimento de culpa: uma vivência paradoxal dos profissionais de terapia intensiva pediátrica

Abstract: O objetivo deste estudo foi analisar a constituição da responsabilidade no trabalho de profissionais de saúde em uma unidade de terapia intensiva pediátrica. A pesquisa é de abordagem qualitativa, com coleta de dados mediante entrevistas com roteiro semiestruturado a um grupo heterogêneo de 14 profissionais.
