Peanut long has Mark commercial tall and have a very big role in fulfilling need food nutrition society, especially to vegetable protein requirements. Plant this could grow and produce with good want characteristic physical loose soil, depth soil enough in To increase productivity farmer vegetable peanuts long do control pest with depending on spraying insecticide synthetic because considered more effective and efficient in its use. The aim of this research is for knowing type pests found in gardens long beans in the area Plantation Village of the District of Young Development North Batu Labuan. Result observation could be used as a base in taking control action pests by farmers. The observation was done on tana man peanut in the village of plantations in the district of Membang Muda Labuhan Batu Utara from April until June 2021. Map observed sample of 1x1 m. Observation conducted with use monitoring method. Observation data is noted every week. The result from this observation obtained that pests on plants long beans observed in the Plantation Village of Membang Muda District Labuhan Batu Utara is an aphid Aphids croccivora, and caterpillars borer Maruca testicular. Average attack both 0.83 and 5. Population pest most in the area there is caterpillar borer Maruca testicular. Pest Control Measures could be conducted with spraying chemicals or technical culture. Pest monitoring urgent conducted as base taking decision technical control.

The emergence of the Covid-19 virus in the city of Wuhan in the state of China, since March 2020 has almost covered the entire care business sector, from MSMEs, service companies and industry to even universities. Universities in Indonesia have also experienced a decline in revenue and operational costs. One of the higher education institutions in Indonesia is the Mahaputra Riau College of Economics (STIE Mahaputra Riau). The aim of the study was to see the difference in income and operational costs of STIE Mahaputra Riau both before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method uses a comparative method with a quantitative description approach. The data used is in the form of secondary data from financial reports at STIE Mahaputra Riau during the 2018–2021 period. The results showed that the income experienced by the STIE Mahaputra Riau campus both before and during the Covid-19 pandemic fluctuated every month, but in total income during the Covid-19 pandemic was higher than income before the Covid-19 pandemic with an increase of 0.30%. While the operational costs experienced by the STIE Mahaputra Riau campus both before and during the Covid-19 pandemic fluctuated every month, the total operational costs during the Covid-19 pandemic were lower compared to operational costs before the Covid-19 pandemic with a total reduction in operational costs of -6.36%. The findings from this study are that income increased during the Covid-19 pandemic due to an increase in the number of registrations in 2020 so that it affected STIE Mahaputra Riau's income, while operational costs decreased due to the implementation of online lectures.

The lack of suitable land (S1) for oil palm plantations is the reason for the current use of marginal land (S3) in oil palm plantations, both for companies and smallholders. Peat swampland has good potential if the care and fertilization of plants is carried out according to the standards according to the conditions of the land. Peat swampland has high acidity, and land conditions are often flooded. Application of fertilizer in a timely manner and the right dose is one of the keys to the success of oil palm plantations. This study aimed to determine the effect of the frequency of fertilizer application on the nutrient content of oil palm leaves. There were three fertilization treatments, namely 1) 0.6 kg/tree was applied once a month, 2) 1.8 kg/tree was applied once per three months, and 3.6 kg/tree was applied once per six months. Data were analyzed using a completely randomized design. The results showed that the frequency of fertilization significantly affected the nutritional content of oil palm leaves. The average nutrient content of fertilization with a frequency of six months has the lowest nutrition compared to other frequencies. The best frequency of fertilization is 0.6 kg/tree, which is applied every month. Fertilization on peatlands that is carried out regularly and in a balanced dose is more important than the application of high doses of fertilizer with a long frequency of fertilization. This is related to palm oil feeding root distribution, which is limited to a swamp depth of 0-60 cm.
