Resiliência regional: um estudo bibliométrico a partir da Web of Science

Abstract

Este estudo apresenta o estado da arte e itinerários temáticos percorridos acerca resiliência sob enfoque regional. Utilizou-se o método bibliométrico a partir da base de dados indexada na Web of Science sem recorte temporal, a priori. Para análise da produção levantada foi utilizado o programa CiteSpace. Abordou-se a resiliência regional sob variados campos de estudo por meio de 129 artigos. Posteriormente, mediante 67 artigos, abordou-se a resiliência regional sob as perspectivas da economia, gestão, planejamento e desenvolvimento. Uma vez que tratar de resiliência pressupõe ocorrência de um choque, constatou-se que os estudos voltados ao âmbito regional do fenômeno possuem como referência o choque econômico-financeiro de 2008-2009. Embora dispersa entre periódicos com publicações isoladas, a produção acadêmica tem sido conduzida com maior robusteza especificamente por um periódico. A análise de conteúdo da produção levantada revelou a inovação como a variável mais recorrentemente utilizada por regiões para contornar os impactos de choques.
