Media video pembelajaran menjadi salah satu alat yang digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran, terutama dalam subjek Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran IPA kelas V SDN 17 Limboto Kabupaten Gorontalo dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media video pembelajaran terhadap ketuntasan hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran IPA kelas V SDN 17 Limboto Kabupaten Gorontalo. Adapun jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan subjek penelitian 25 peserta didik kelas V SDN 17 Limboto. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik yaitu wawancara, observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yaitu data aktivitas pendidik, data aktivitas peserta didik dan hasil belajar peserta didik. Hasil penelitian pada observasi awal ada 8 orang peserta didik atau sebesar 32% selanjutnya, pada siklus I terjadi peningkatan dengan peserta didik yang hasil belajarnya telah mencapai ketuntasan kriteria minimum 75. Siklus I yang tuntas ada 17 orang dengan persentase 68% sedangkan pada siklus II, peserta didik yang hasil belajarnya telah mencapai ketuntasan ada 23 dengan persentase 92%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa media Video Pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran IPA peserta didik kelas V SDN 17 Limboto. Dengan demikian, pendekatan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan yang berharga dalam pengembangan metode pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif dan efisien.

Education quality management has an important role in improving and developing school quality. The purpose of the research is to analyze and find a model of education quality management in Integrated Islamic High Schools. This research approach uses analytical descriptive qualitative. The results of this study show; (1) The concept of education quality management in the three schools has been owned and implemented through the leadership of the principal effectively, this is shown by paying attention to input, process, output, and outcome. In the input component, the school focuses on the quality of incoming personnel, in the process component, the school conducts Deming's PDCA then Juran's Pareto principle. In the output and outcome, pay attention to Crosby's zero defect. And all of them are framed with the spirit of Islam, Alqur'an, and Hadith (Religious). (2) The school pays attention to and carries out factors in realizing quality schools; leadership, attachment and involvement of school components, efforts to improve the professionalism and welfare of teachers, integration of the 2013 curriculum (8 SNP) with the unique curriculum of Integrated Islamic High School, optimization of infrastructure including information technology and financing and partnerships. (3) The impact of education quality management in the three schools has implications for strengthening two aspects, namely strengthening the quality of graduates and strengthening institutions and human resources. Based on the results of the substantive findings, the formal findings in this study are a model of education quality management based on system thinking leadership.

Good germination of rattan jernang (Daemonorops draco Blume) seeds will increase germination power, germination rate, and germination value. However, there are still obstacles to germination, because the jernang rattan seeds have a dormancy period. Soaking in Atonic Growth Regulatory Substances (ZPT) is one method that can be used to break thedormancy period of seeds. This study aims to determine the dose and soaking time on the germination value of jernang rattan seeds (D. draco Blume). The study used four treatments and 3 groups/replications. The treatment in this study was the dose of ZPT Atonik, namely 50 CC/Liter, 80 CC/liter, 120 CC/liter, 150 CC/liter. Grouped by immersion time, 24 hours, 48 hours and 72 hours. The results showed that the best germination percentage of German rattan (D.draco Blume) seeds were treated with ZPT Atonik dose of 120 cc/liter and soaked for 48 hours with a percentage of 100%. The best seed germination rate was at 150CC/liter treatment and 24 hours of soaking time, which was 50%/day. The highest germination value was found in seeds treated with ZPT 120CC/liter and soaking for 48 hours with an average of 0.0036%/ day. The conclusion of this study is that the ZPT Atonik dose of 120 CC/liter and 48 hours of soaking time has an effect on the percentage of germination power and germination value, while the ZPT dose of 150 CC/liter with 24 hours of soaking time increases the germination rate
