This study aims to identify the effect of storytelling and guided imagery on anxiety levels of preschool children who will receive an invasive procedure (intravenous therapy). The quasi-experimental type of study is with the number of 24 people for sample. The sample technique is purposive sampling. The results of this study indicate the average level of anxiety of children who get storytelling intervention is 2.11 for groups of children accompanied by parents, and 2.50 for groups of children who are not accompanied by parents. Meanwhile, the average level of anxiety of children with guided imagery intervention is 2.17 in the group of children accompanied by parents, and 2.33 in the group of children who are not accompanied by parents. The results of statistical tests show that storytelling and guided imagery have an effect on decreasing anxiety level of preschool age children who receive invasive procedure (intravenous therapy). Storytelling and guided imagery can be applied as one of the interventions of atraumatic care to reduce anxiety of preschool age children who will receive invasive action (intravenous therapy). Stunting adalah gangguan kronik akibat kurangnya gizi sehingga menghambat pertumbuhan dan perkembangan pada bayi. Stunting adalah kondisi dimana terjadinya suatu gangguan pertumbuhan fisik yang ditandai dengan pertumbuhan yang tidak optimal sebagai akibat dari ketidak seimbangan gizi (Apriluana & Fikawati, 2018). Stunting masih menjadi permasalahan besar untuk sebagian besar negara di dunia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan ibu dengan kejadian stunting pada balita usia 12-59 bulan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Lawawoi Kabupaten Sidrap. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional studi. Sampel dalam penelitian adalah 30 responden dengan teknik penarikan sampel Purposive sampling. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa ada hubungan antara pengetahuan ibu dengan kejadian stunting dengan nilai p = 0,02 (p < α = 0,05) pada balita usia 12-59 bulan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Lawawoi Kabupaten Sidrap.
The purpose of this studies was to determine of the effectiveness of interactive video and image media on personal care of mental retardation children in special school 01 Serang Banten. This studies was quasy experiment with non equivalent without control group. 27 mental retardation in this studies. The data collected using personal care questionnaire (alpha cronchbach= 0,947). The result of this studies found that there is mean difference personal care ability in children before and after video interactive intervention (p value= 0,015, ∆=6,67), there is mean difference personal care ability in children before and after image media intervention (p value= 0,006, ∆= 3,23), and there is mean difference personal care ability in children before and after interactive video and image media intervention (p value= 0,003, ∆=1,45). The use of interactive video interventios is more recommended as leaning media in improving ability of personal care on mental retardation children, but must be supported by facilities and infrastructure. Education quality management has an important role in improving and developing school quality. The purpose of the research is to analyze and find a model of education quality management in Integrated Islamic High Schools. This research approach uses analytical descriptive qualitative. The results of this study show; (1) The concept of education quality management in the three schools has been owned and implemented through the leadership of the principal effectively, this is shown by paying attention to input, process, output, and outcome. In the input component, the school focuses on the quality of incoming personnel, in the process component, the school conducts Deming's PDCA then Juran's Pareto principle. In the output and outcome, pay attention to Crosby's zero defect. And all of them are framed with the spirit of Islam, Alqur'an, and Hadith (Religious). (2) The school pays attention to and carries out factors in realizing quality schools; leadership, attachment and involvement of school components, efforts to improve the professionalism and welfare of teachers, integration of the 2013 curriculum (8 SNP) with the unique curriculum of Integrated Islamic High School, optimization of infrastructure including information technology and financing and partnerships. (3) The impact of education quality management in the three schools has implications for strengthening two aspects, namely strengthening the quality of graduates and strengthening institutions and human resources. Based on the results of the substantive findings, the formal findings in this study are a model of education quality management based on system thinking leadership.
The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in the average level of pain in preschoolers who were infused after being given music therapy and video game therapy at Bhayangkara TK III Hospital in Bengkulu city. This research is a quantitative study. This type of research is quasy experimental research with post test only control group approach, which is a study that did not take measurements before intervention. Measurements were only carried out after intervention, with 24 respondents taken in 2 groups, namely music therapy. and video game therapy. Data collection instruments used to measure pain with wong baker face pain rating scale. Data analysis using t-test The results of the study were that there were significant differences in the level of pain in preschoolers who were infused before and after being given music therapy and video game therapy. It is expected that nurses will apply music therapy and video game therapy as a technique for transferring pain to children. Keywords: Preschool, Video Game, Music, Pain Level.
