This study aims to map the topic of human resource accounting using the Scopus database with a time span from 1972 to 2023. The keyword used "human resource accounting" obtained as many as 153 documents. The software used is R biblioshiny. The results show that the development of research is increasing from year to year even in 2019 experienced a significant increase. Accounting Organization and Society as the most relevant journal as well as the journal that has the highest impact on human resource accounting research. Meanwhile, Eric G. Flamholtz from the United States of America as the author who has the most influence on the development of research on human resource accounting. the topic of human resource accounting since 2010 and is discussed continuously until 2021 so that it has the most frequency compared to other topics. Another topic, namely human capital, is the latest topic that is currently developing and is a recommended research topic in the future.

The aims of this article are; a) To analyse the bibliometric keyword "digital learning" related to the research performance which consists of annual scientific production, most relevant source, most relevant author, most relevant affiliation, country scientific production and document. 2) To analyse the bibliometric keyword "digital learning" related to science mapping which consists of Trend Topic, Co-Accurance Network, Thematic Map, Three-Field Plot, Collaboration Network and Collaboration World Map. This study explores the scientific literature, analysing the performance and trends of digital learning topics using bibliometric. The five stages carried out in this study are keyword determination, data search, article selection, data validation, and data analysis. The researcher then performs this keyword on Scopus database (Scopus.com). The results of the analysis showed that there were 1711 articles collected. Researcher uses R Program to perform the bibliometric analysis.

In this study, research on distance education in the last twenty years has been analyzed according to years, keywords, countries, and institutions. The sample of the study consisted of 20,634 studies published on distance education in the last twenty years on Web of Science. Data were downloaded from the database by year. The data obtained were analyzed with WOSViewer. For some analyses, data were analyzed with Power BI version 2.11 software to reach meaningful results. The results were analyzed and compared separately for four quarters or periods of time: 2003-2007, 2008-2012, 2013-2017, and 2018-2023. As a result, most publications were made in 2021 and in the fourth quarter. "Distance learning, higher education, distance education, education, online education, blended learning, online teaching, pandemic, and covid-19" are the most used keywords according to the general distribution of research by keywords. The use of keywords differed by quartiles. The USA, China, England, Australia, and Spain were the countries with the highest number of distance education publications according to general distribution. The USA, England, Australia, Spain, and Saudi Arabia have conducted studies every quarter. The University of California System, N Research Partnership, University of London were the organizations with the highest number of publications during the time periods studied. It was found that only the Open University in the UK published distance education articles in three quarters.
