Research Status and Prospects of Particle-Free Silver Conductive Ink

Abstract: Abstract. Conductive inks are mainly used in the printed electronics industry. Particlefree conductive inks are prepared from organometallic compounds or complexes as precursors. They have the characteristics of preventing agglomeration and settling, not easily clogging the nozzles, and having a low heat treatment temperature, suitable for inkjet printing.
