Purpose-This paper reviews scientific publications in the field of logistics underlying Cross Border E-Commerce (CBEC) to China. A focus on the role played in this complex process by other Countries of the Greater China is carried out. The major aim of the paper is to outline directions for future research to encourage CBEC development. Methodology/Approach-The review is based on 32 papers published from 2002 to 2016 in international peer-reviewed journals and/or proceedings of international conferences, retrieved from bibliographic databases and science search engines. Findings-CBEC to China is gaining increasing interest, as shown by the rising amount of publications from 2013 onwards. Within these contributions however, studies specifically investigating the relation between logistics and e-commerce, commonly acknowledged as critical, seem to lack. Many contributions are descriptive and do not provide specific insights on how to manage the complexities of CBEC logistics in this region. Stemming from the review, a set of possible development areas are identified, including distribution network design, i.e. deciding how to shape the CBEC distribution structure, and logistics outsourcing, i.e. determining whether to manage logistics activities in-house or through third parties. Originality/Value-To the extent of the authors' knowledge, this paper is the first one to classify the existing body of knowledge on logistics supporting CBEC. Its main contribution is the critical identification of current research gaps and the proposal of key themes for future research. From a managerial perspective, it helps export and logistics managers identify the key challenges of managing CBEC logistics to Greater China.

The quality of service derived from online delivery service is very paramount to customers and the service providers since there is now a drastic shift by people to buy and sell via the old-style to doing businessonline and as such, quality of service delivery among other factors should be the hall mark. The aim of this paper is to investigate the factors affecting the quality of online delivery service among the students of University Malaysia Kelantan (UMK). The probability sampling technique with emphasis on simple random sampling technique was used in this study wheredata was obtained using questionnaire and analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) software from 385 respondents from UMK, City Campus. A pilot test on the validity of the questionnaire was conducted and the reliability test results show that all the variables are above 0.7 Cronbach’s Alpha value an indication of acceptability.The analytical results show that service speed, service price, information quality and perceived risk has positive affect on the online shoppers’ perception towards delivery service quality of online shopping. While, Pearson correlation revealed that service speed and information quality obtained the value under the high positive correlation; service price and perceived risk under negligible correlation. In testing the hypotheses of the study, itindicates that service speed and information quality hypotheses have strong relationship with the dependent variable while service price and perceived risk hypotheses had very low relationship with the dependent variable. This study was therefore based on the SERVQUAL model to determine customers perception on online shopping context. The study recommends that different methodologies can be used by future researchersby conducting interview, or broadening the scope of the study in order to find out the exact perception of customers like students on online shopping towards delivery service quality of online shopping.Therefore, the result of this study can be used as a reference by the practitioners or the online stores, enrich the body of knowledge as well as form basis for future researchers that are interested in this field.

The research on logistics heat facilitates the understanding of the drivers of regional logistics development. However, many scholars ignore the difference between prediction methods in terms of attributes and focal points of data analysis during the selection of regional logistics heat prediction model. Regional logistics interacts with regional economy. However, the studies on the coupling development between the two systems fail to make a detailed analysis in the light of their actual situation. Therefore, the evaluation of the coordination degree is often biased. To solve the problem, this paper probes into the prediction of regional logistics heat and the coupling development between regional logistics and economic systems. Firstly, an index system was established to measure the level of coupling development between the two systems, and a grey relational analysis was performed on the indices, leading to the evaluation results on coordination degree. Next, a composite model of GM (1, 1) and backpropagation (BP) neural network was proposed, and the deviation interval of the composite predictions was predicted based on Markov chain prediction model. The proposed algorithm proved effective through experiments.
