The current research aims to improve social skills of school bullying victims and decrease the phenomenon of school bullying victims through a recreational games program. The researcher used the experimental approach (one-group design) with pre-and post-measurements. Participants (n=28) were purposefully chosen. They were all school bullying victims with stable middle class families. The researcher applied the program for (8) continuous weeks and pre-and post-measurements were made using Matson's Evaluation of Social Skills for Youngsters Scale and Bullying Victim Scale by Frienden et al., Arabicized and calibrated for the Egyptian environment. Results indicated that there were statistically significant differences between pre-and pot-measurements of participants on improving social skills of school bullying victims with Improvement percentage 137.43% and decreasing the school bullying victims' phenomenon with Improvement percentage 71.41% , as the recommended recreational games program had positive effects.

With the advances in computer technology, many systems have been developed for educational and instructional purposes. In particular, a computer-based system is very attractive in sports instruction and training as compared to the traditional human coaching approach, saving time, space, and cost. Among several important technical issues to be resolved in such sports instructional systems, motion or gesture capture and the organization of the database are the major ones. Of course, the most successful implementations are the systems from the gaming industry. In this work, we briefly discuss these commercial technologies and systems. A prototype system for learning tennis is introduced. Various techniques for motion capture are described and discussed. An event-based motion detecting and matching algorithm for capturing tennis swings from people of different size is presented. Finally, a framework for a Web-based generic sport system is presented.

This paper presents a web-oriented expert system, named iHurdling, to predict results and generate training loads for 110 and 400 m hurdles races. The database contains 40 annual training programmes for the 110 m hurdles and 48 programmes for the 400 m hurdles. The predictive models include linear regressions in the form of ordinary least squares, ridge, LASSO, elastic net and nonlinear models in the form of a radial basis function neural network and fuzzy rule-based system. The leave-one-out cross-validation method is used to compare, and choose the best model. It shows that the proposed fuzzy-based model has the lowest validation error. The developed web application can support a coach in planning training programmes for hurdles races. It allows the athlete's results to be predicted and can generate training loads for an athlete, selected from database. The application can be run on a computer or a mobile device. The system was implemented using the R programming language with the Shiny framework and additional packages. The limitations of the presented approach are related to the lack of consideration of an athlete's physiological and psychological parameters, but the generated training programs might be used as a suggestion for the coach.
