Research on Pattern Recognition Based on the Universal Electronic Tongue System

Abstract: Chemical taste is indispensable information in food testing. The technical of electronic tongue system is one of research directions to identify different chemical tastes. This paper focuses on the pattern recognition method based on learning vector quantization (LVQ) neural network.
