This paper constructs an algorithm-based evaluation model of compulsory education that combines the deviation maximization method to promote the balanced development of regional compulsory education. We determine if deviation maximization applies to evaluating the balanced development of compulsory education by analyzing its application scope. The evaluation objects are ranked when combined with the combination assignment method. The regional evaluation system for the balanced development of compulsory education uses the algorithm and evaluation problem description method. YaaHP software calculates each index’s final weight results to evaluate the balanced development of compulsory education. According to the results, the first-level indicators of evaluating balanced development of compulsory education have weights of 0.363799, 0.204804, 0.339897 and 0.091510, respectively. This study provides effective reference data for the development of compulsory regional education.

This paper firstly proposes the reform strategy and innovation direction of college dance education based on the Internet background of the era and adopts Webwork+Spring+Hibernate to build the overall architecture of the dance education system and designs the functional modules of the dance education system. Then, establish the dance teaching model based on association rules, use the association rule data mining algorithm to mine specific laws to improve the prediction model, and measure the standard of association rules by T test. Finally, the dance education system is tested for operation, compatibility, response time, and application analysis. The results show that the average score of students’ final exam before applying the dance teaching system is 75.23, and the average score of students’ final exam after applying it is 86.12, which is an improvement of 10.89 points, which shows that the dance education system constructed in this paper is able to improve the student’s academic performance, and promote the reform of dance education in colleges and universities effectively, and provide a new direction for the development of dance education in colleges and universities.

The dynamic requirements of the learners are redefining the process of teaching and learning and keeping the processes in the state of transience. The learning shall be made more effective by the right choice of the teaching method and it is necessary for every teaching method to possess certain essential attributes of flexibility, time efficiency, learner centeredness, and many other attributes. In this chapter, a decision-making problem with five criteria and eight alternatives of teaching methods is considered and the method of neutrosophic TOPSIS (technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution) is applied to find the optimal ranking of the methods. In this research work the notion of single valued neutrosophic set with linguistic components is introduced as a means of making decision process more pragmatic, realistic, and feasible. This extended notion will certainly set a paradigm shift in decision making with linguistic representations.
