Research on airline operational risk management and control method

Abstract: Starting from the reality of airlines, this paper studies the operational risk and control methods of airlines, establishes relevant risk index system, and formulates corresponding control methods. Based on the four aspects of human, aircraft, environment and management, the risk index system is established.
