Research methods for parameters of accelerated low-energy proton beam

Abstract

To study the pd reaction cross section it is necessary to know the main parameters of the acceler ated hydrogen ion beam with a high accuracy. These parameters include: the energy ion dispersion; the con tent of neutrals; the ratio of atomic and molecular ions of hydrogen in the flux of accelerated particles.
