Representações sociais do consumo de carne em Belo Horizonte

Abstract: O presente estudo objetivou identificar as representações sociais do consumo de carne em Belo Horizonte, MG, adotando-se a metodologia qualitativa. Foram feitas entrevistas semiestruturadas com 34 frequentadores do Mercado Central de Belo Horizonte, as quais foram analisadas por meio da técnica de análise de conteúdo.
