Representações como Potência: Da Trama Verde e Azul às outras Tramas na Região Metropolitana do Vale do Paraíba e Litoral Norte, São Paulo

Abstract: O Estatuto da Metrópole fortaleceu a necessidade de um olhar territorial para o planejamento, demandando novas formas de governança que definem novas responsabilidades nos processos para tomadas de decisão.
