This article presents the results of research that aimed to map the scientific production in Music Education in the last twelve years. The reason for this dating lies on the fact that in 2006 a process was started for the insertion of music in schools, through Bill No. 330, culminating in Law No. 11.769/2008, which provides for the obligation of music teaching in basic education. Subsequently, Resolution No. 2 consolidated this obligation. From then on, there was an increase in scientific production in Music Education in Brazil. Thus, this research came from the questions: What subjects have been investigated in Music Education in Brazil in the last twelve years? What methodologies were used in these surveys? What are the theoretical references that underlie these investigations? What is the impact of these research studies on the Brazilian scientific scenario? Based on these questions, this research aimed to investigate the state of the art of musical education in Brazil in the last twelve years. The methodological design of the research was developed from data collection via the Internet, and data analysis was based on the use of content analysis. Among the results, it was observed that the themes of research in Music Education have been diversified, presenting a strong relationship with the political and educational issues involved and which underlie the pedagogical-musical work.

O ensino superior é uma organização sui generis ao ter como demanda o ensino, a pesquisa e a extensão em constante retroalimentação de seu sistema de apoio as comunidades interna e externa e seus diferentes agentes: docentes, discentes, gestores, mundo científico e comunidade. E, se não bastasse o enorme desafio, deve ainda, exceder a natureza específica do processo ensino/aprendizagem para uma gerência total do conhecimento didático-pedagógico e suas conversões tácitas e explícitas. O presente estudo tem como objetivo refletir sobre essa educação em suas articulações no processo ensino, pesquisa e extensão, e suas relações no sentido de uma apropriada gestão do conhecimento didático-pedagógico. Trata-se de um Ensaio com ponderações sobre a gestão do conhecimento didático-pedagógico partindo do característico modelo “querer-saber”, para o “saber-fazer” e “poder-fazer” – mais próspero à geração de conhecimento em um ambiente acadêmico. Para o alcance dessa performance, segue-se o roteiro: reflexão sobre como ocorre a gestão do conhecimento didático-pedagógico explícito no ensino superior, e a conversão do conhecimento didático-pedagógico tácito em explícito e vice-versa. Itinerário esse, estruturado em referencial teórico que descreve a gestão do conhecimento envolvendo a tipologia do conhecimento tácito-explícito; o processo de concepção do conhecimento – socialização (conhecimento compartilhado), externalização (conhecimento conceitual), combinação (conhecimento sistêmico) e internalização (conhecimento operacional); o conhecimento didático-pedagógico e, por fim, a gestão do conhecimento didático-pedagógico. Conclui-se a necessidade de potencialização de programas de capacitação pedagógica em serviço de forma continuada, como fomento de novos conceitos e experiências, instrumentalização docente e excelência no processo de ensino.

Objective: creating omnichannel strategies requires understanding how customers use multiple channels in their journeys. Yet the customer experience in this environment is under-researched, hindering the development of strategic guidelines and the progress of omnichannel theory. This article offers an overview of the omnichannel literature and reflects on the knowledge produced from the customer’s perspective. Theoretical approach: we base our analysis on customer experience and customer journey research. Method: using content analysis, we critically review 29 studies on omnichannel customers. Results: the focus on the customer experience within one firm’s offline and online stores during the prepurchase and purchase stages leads to a limited picture of journeys involving touchpoints within and outside the firm’s control. To address this myopia, we call for a consumer perspective that moves away from the relationship with a single firm to emphasize that consumers interact with various actors to achieve not only purchase objectives but also higher-order goals (e.g., well-being). Conclusions: through a consumer perspective, we outline research paths for generating consumer insights. The agenda contributes to fostering omnichannel marketing as a consumer-based strategy that is sensitive to contemporary consumer and societal issues.
