Renovascular hypertension

Abstract: Approximately 5% of all hypertensive patients have renovascular hypertension, although its true incidence is unknown. The pathophysiology of renovascular hypertension has been linked to other intrarenal systems, the lipoxygenase pathway, and renin angiotensin.
