Abstract:Foreign bodies in the paranasal sinuses after critical accidents are rare occurrences that have sporadically been reported worldwide. Firearm projectiles, daggers, knives, glass fragments, stones, teeth, and wood can get lodged in the soft and hard tissues of the face.
