Remote Monitoring of Chronic Diseases: A Landscape Assessment of Policies in Four European Countries

Abstract: BackgroundRemote monitoring (RM) is defined as the surveillance of device-transmitted outpatient data. RM is expected to enable better management of chronic diseases.
