“…Cette tentative de remobilisation brutale de la ressource a donc heurté les usages et les valorisations établis au XX e siècle pendant la période de sommeil relatif de la valorisation énergétique, constituant en cela une « disruption de pratiques sociospatiales » (Magsi et Torre, 2014) dans un contexte de difficultés anciennes et bien documentées de la filière forestière française : morcellement et mobilisation des petits propriétaires forestiers (Colin et Thivolle-Cazat, 2016), multifonctionnalité et hiérarchie des usages établis depuis plus d'un siècle (Boutefeu, 2005 ;Arnould et Calugaru, 2008), industrie française atomisée et moins standardisée que ses voisines européennes (Moquay, 2007 ;Alexandre, 2017), en quête d'une trajectoire moins productiviste et plus durable (Rouffignac, 2019 ;Lenglet et Caurla, 2020) mais s'accommodant mal de perspectives décentralisatrices en raison d'une forte sectorialisation (Degron, 2009 ;Sergent, 2017).
