Release Mechanisms Behind Polysaccharides-Based Famotidine Controlled Release Matrix Tablets

Abstract: Abstract. Polysaccharides, which have been explored to possess gelling properties and a wide margin of safety, were used to formulate single-unit floating matrix tablets by a direct compression technique.
