Relaxation effects of adrenomedullin in carbachol-precontracted rabbit internal anal sphincter

Abstract: This relaxant effect of adrenomedullin might lead to novel clinical applications of adrenomedullin for anorectal disorders with increased internal anal sphincter tonus, such as anal fissure.
