After this important finding, the ions of the following trace elements were measured in sweat: Ca, Fe, copper (Cu), zinc (Zn), manganese (Mn), chromium (Cr), cobalt (Co), molybdenum (Mo), nickel (Ni), iodine (I), strontium (Sr), titanium (Ti), aluminum (Al), cadmium (Cd) and Mg [15,16,17,18]. One study collected the sweat from 10 healthy male adults aged 22-26 years exposed to a sauna (60°C, 30 min) and measured the concentrations of the ions of Na, chlorine (Cl), K, Ca, phosphorus (P), Mg, Zn, Cu, Fe, Ni, Cr and Mn in the sweat.…”
